Bachelors degree in Arts - Political Science and Sociology
from The University of Pune in 1979.
He

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bahrain and Third Secretary,
Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the
United Nations, New York (for a short period), Third
Secretary, Consulate of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mumbai,
Republic of India from 1984-1988, Second Secretary,
Consulate of Kingdom of Bahrain, Karachi, Islamic
Republic of Pakistan from 1988-1990, First Secretary
(Charge d'Affairs, a.i.) Embassy of Bahrain, Tehran,
Islamic Republic of Iran from 1991-1993, First Secretary,
Directorate of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, Bahrain from 1993-1997, First Secretary,
Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Beijing, People's
Republic of China from 1997-2002, Minister Plenipotentiary,
Bilateral Relations Directorate, in-charge of Asian
countries affairs.
He
was Member of Bahrain's delegation to the 36th and
52nd Sessions of the United Nations General Assembly,
New York, China-Asia Seminar of Economic and Administrative
officials, Beijing, People's Republic of China, Member
of Bahrain's Delegation to the Food and Agriculture
meetings, Rome, Member of Bahrain's delegation to
the High Joint Commission meetings in Bahrain and
abroad, Membar of Bahrain's delegation in the Fourth
Seminar of the Dialogue among Civilizations between
Japan and Islamic worlds, Tunisia, Bahrain International
